Interpreting the scores

Consensus (0–100): 100 means every surface reports the same signal; 0 means maximum disagreement. Scores above 70 indicate a stable, coherent narrative.
Divergence (0–100): The inverse of Consensus, expressed in the same scale. High Divergence warrants a manual review of which surface is outlying and why.
Surface spread: The raw point difference between the highest and lowest surface readings. A spread >30 is typically flagged in the drift pipeline.
